Description

Williamsburg Aquatic Club is looking for an Associate Head Coach to Develop Swimmers at all Levels.  The Position will work with the Top Senior Group as well as some Developmental Groups.  The Goal is to gradually faze out the Club Founder and Head coach since 1979.  We are looking for a passionate Coach into Swimmer development as well as a creator of a fun, Safe and Competitive Atmosphere.   The club has between 120-140 swimmers each year.  Asca has rated the club in the Top 100 of the ASCA Age Group rankings in the past.  Last year USA Swimming awarded the Bronze Medal for Club Excellence to our Club.

Requirements

1)  Previous Swim Coaching experience as a Head Coach or at a Senior Coach Level

2)  The Leadership and Communication skills to work with Staff, Swimmers & Parents

3)  Strong organization & Administration Abilities

4)  Positive, Energetic and Team Focused Mindset
